Great experience! He was quick to come out to diagnose my fridge and freezer. He has able to fix the freezer but informed me that the fridge would cost more to repair than to buy a new one. He even helped to guide me on what I should stay away from (based on what he repairs most often). He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend Atlas Appliance Service to friends and family and will use them again whenever the need arises!

I have used Atlas App. Svc several times and each and every time he shows up on the same day and usually resolves the issue that day unless a part has to be ordered. He is respectfu,l professional and highly knowledgeable in his field. I would and still recommend him to my family and friends.

Very friendly and flexible service. They cut through the superfluous and get right to the point as to what the problem is and what needs to be fixed. Very reasonable on prices unlike some of the other area appliance repair services. Joe is very personable and professional and fixed my dryer in less than 20 minutes while also taking the time to explain the problem and tips to help prevent it in the future. Highly recommend

We called Atlas up on a Sunday due to our refrigerator not being able to cool. Little did we know we were also having issues with our Ice maker and water dispenser. Within an hour they arrived and diagnosed our original cooling issue and helped fixed our ice maker and dispenser. They were very helpful in showing me how to fix minor issues on my own in the case they came back up. Their prices were reasonable and affordable. Will definitely use them in the future.
